Low Cost Spay/Neuter

CITY OF VALLEJO SPAY NEUTER PROJECT

The City previously partnered with the Humane Society of the North Bay to offer reduced- or zero-cost coupons for dog and cat spay or neuter procedures to Vallejo residents. The project, which completed in November 2018, was funded in the first and fourth cycle of Participatory Budgeting.
